New Client Consent
All new clients must agree to the New Client Consent form found here. Failure to agree to this consent may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
A nonrefundable deposit of $25 is due at time of booking for any services offered, All pay in full discount options are nonrefundable by Azja Lash Bar. Appointment are removed within 2 hours of booking for nonpayment of the deposit. Payments may be made by cash (Bring to the shop), Cash App ($AZJALASHBAR)

If you are scheduling an appointment Saturday, Sunday or after 6:00 PM during the week full payment is required. If you cancel at least 72 hours ahead of your appointment time your payment, less a $25 fee, will be refunded. Last minute cancellation can be reschedule within 7 days of missed appointment.
Each appointment has an allotted amount of time for that service and because of this, we cannot tolerate any tardiness. Occasionally, there may be an exception but ALWAYS call if you are running late so I am aware you're coming and let you know if you need to reschedule instead. Calling does not necessarily guarantee we can still honor your appointment slot. We can hold a spot for up to 10 minutes past appointment time, but any amount of time after that will require clients to reschedule. As much as i hate to deny clients because of tardiness, we take a great amount of pride in our work (and we want you too as well!), so attempting to complete a rush job is not our style.
In order to keep our booking site hassle-free, I do not require clients' credit card information prior to booking an appointment. However, in order to maintain this, I can NOT tolerate a no-call no-show for an appointment. Non-compliance with this policy will require a pre-payment to reserve your next appointment or any future booking. Additionally, a no-show fee in the amount of $10 will be added on to the amount of the next booked appointment.
To keep my busy schedules and yours running smoothly, please respect your appointment time by providing a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling. I reserve the right to deny clients booking if there are constant last minute cancellations/changes.
Please note that while emailing us is a great way to get questions answered or problems solved, it is NOT the fastest way to reach us, especially when attempting to change or cancel an appointment within the 24 hour period. Calling us is the most efficient way to do this.
